How long does it take to get customized designs

Accepted Answer

Timelines will vary. We strive to provide speedy service, but to make custom lightboxes, nightlights, and any other products using customer pictures takes time. We will always try to reply within 1-2 business days to inquiries, but there may be several rounds of communication to ensure we deliver a product you're happy with.

Once the design is finalized, it will normally take up to 5 business days to print the piece.

I ordered a design with color changing filament and it does not match the product images, why is that?

Color changing filaments are going to vary in exact appearance. Why the color palate will be the same, the progression and color bands may vary.

Why are some color options more expensive?

Accepted Answer

Not all filament types are identical. Filaments like silk, multi color, and color changing are more expensive than basic colors. So we have to charge more to cover the cost of materials. Some also require changing the temperature and speed of the printer as well, such as the transparent filaments,  and so take more time on the machines. So we do our best to price things in a way that reflects the cost for us to produce.

What is Lugh Labs 3d Printing return policy for 3D printed products?

At Lugh Labs 3d Printing LLC, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Due to the custom nature of 3D printing, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If there are any issues with the quality or accuracy of your 3D printed item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the problem, whether that involves a reprint, adjustments, or in certain cases, a full refund. Please note that return eligibility is contingent on the product being in its original condition and free from any alterations or damages. Return shipping is customers responsibility. For items customized with customer photos or commissioned jobs there will be a service fee for any refunded items to cover design costs. Contact us for further assistance and to initiate the return process.

What are the Local Pick Up, Local Delivery or Shipping Costs?

We have a few different options available:
Local Pick Up is Free. We will meet at 601 NE 34th Ave, Hillsboro, Oregon, 97124. We will set up a time with you to meet and pick up your item once it is ready.
Local Delivery is $5.00 and we will deliver your items to you within a 15 mile radius of Hillsboro, OR. Any order over $50.00 will have free local delivery.
Shipping Fees range from $7.00-$12.00 for Standard Ground Shipping. This price depends on the total weight of the order. Any order over $75.00 will have free shipping.
