Thank you for visiting and shopping with Lugh Labs 3D Printing.
Below are the terms and conditions that make up our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise noted.
Because many of our products are custom-made or printed to order, larger or complex items may require additional production time (up to 10–14 business days).

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
We currently ship within the United States via USPS, UPS, or FedEx.

Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after production is complete.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues beyond our control.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lugh Labs 3D Printing is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damaged Packages

We take great care to ensure your products arrive safely.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at lughlabs@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging.

Return Policy

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

All 3D printed items are produced individually when you place your order.
Because of this, custom-made items are not eligible for return or refund unless:

The product arrives damaged, or
There’s a manufacturing defect that affects its use or quality.

If either occurs, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at lughlabs@gmail.com with photos and details.
We’ll review and issue a replacement or refund if appropriate.

2. Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
After printing or production has begun, cancellations may not be possible.
