This product is a custom order. Once you place the order for the light box, we will reach out to you within 1-2 business days to make photo selections. Once your selections are made, we will begin the manufacturing process. Please note this may take 1-2 weeks to produce before the product is shipped.

Refunds are available for stock items. For custom items partial refunds are only available prior to manufacturing. We reserve the right to charge a fee for design consultations on custom items that are refunded.

Shipping is available to addresses within the United States. Pick up for orders local to Hillsboro, Oregon can be arranged.
